Their “soft serve ice cream” is actually gluten, dairy and fat-free, and is made with only fruit, water and a touch of cane sugar. I actually had a similar idea when I made banana “ice cream” with my juicer. Kiyo had blueberry and strawberry with pretzels, blueberries and pomegranate seeds on top. I had mango and blueberry with dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chunks and pomegranate seeds on top.
It was absolutely delicious and just as satisfying as real soft serve. I am a huge fan of frozen treats (ice cream in any form is my favorite dessert right after cookies) and I take it very seriously, so I really mean it when I say you should swap out your next dessert for Chloe’s. You also will feel so much lighter and healthier afterwards!
