When my family was in Saratoga Springs in May for my graduation, we ate breakfast before I drove them back to the airport at a little place I’ve written about before called Triangle Diner. One of the reasons it’s great to eat out with my family (besides the fact that the parents foot the bill) is that I can convince them all to let me eat off of their plates as well as my own! My sister Lana ordered this Nutella and strawberry French toast, and I was delighted since I couldn’t have stomached it all on my own, but I really wanted a few bites. It came with a side of bacon, making it a ridiculously simple yet extraordinary breakfast. Also, it was so large that after my sister and I each did damage on it, we still had enough leftovers to bring breakfast home for Kiyo.
