Whenever I’m on my way back to Hawaii, I make sure not to eat much on the plane because I am always so excited to eat at one of my favorite places right away once I land.

Ba-Le egg rolls are only $1.03 each and they’re available close to my house. They are always super crunchy on the outside and warm on the inside. Even if they’re cold, they’re still delicious. I usually add some sriracha to the dipping sauce to add some spice.

This to-go meal consists of two egg rolls on a bed of noodles, with egg roll dipping sauce, a bunch of fresh herbs, and cucumbers sprinkled with peanuts. It’s a simple meal packed with flavor, is extremely cheap and is actually quite filling.
