One of my absolute favorite places to eat on the whole island is Keneke’s, and my favorite plate lunch there is the mini plate of teriyaki chicken, which comes with rice and mac salad.
Last week I brought Kiyo, Austin, and Kyley there. Austin got a mixed plate with kalua pork, teriyaki chicken and shoyu chicken.
Kiyo also had a mixed plate, which includes three choices of meats. He had kalua pork, teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu.
Kyley, who normally doesn’t really eat fish, realized on this visit that she does in fact enjoy mahi mahi, so that’s what she got, with fries instead of rice.
